printers, and multifunctional products (MFP's). We set up all new
copiers and MFP's in-house for delivery to your location. Each
printer will be delivered and setup at the customer's location. All our
refurbished equipment are thoroughly inspected and tested to ensure
the highest industry standards are met for each client.

Each refurbished machine is covered with our 90 day warranty and service agreements. Even if you decide not to get a service agreement, we still will honor our warranty and service the machine at any time.
We carry the Sharp product lines for new machines. If another brand is desired, no problem. We may be able to accommodate that request as well.
Yes. We offer a full service support for all office equipment. With our service agreements, all parts, labor and supplies will be covered.
We will replace any parts or machine, with no questions asked, under our warranty program. Each machine is protected under our "lemon" policy. If a machine is considered to be a "lemon", we will replace that machine with the same or greater model.
Delivery for a machine can be as soon as 1-3 business days from the order. Certain occassions, due to a particular request, may take 3-5 business days.
Yes. Each machine will come with print, scan and fax unless otherwise specified.
We try to respond to each service call within 4 hours of receiving them.
